Who we are

Celma Regina Hellebust is Brazilian lawyer living in Norway. She has a Master Degree in Societal Safety from the University of Stavanger. She has since 2008 actively worked with the comparison of the Norwegian and Brazilian HSE regulations in the petroleum industry and has articles published within this topic .In 2017 she was appointed Honorary Consul for Brazil in Stavanger.
